Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Green Planet Organics, your gardening online shop! We strive to provide you with high-quality garden care products and plants. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item or request a refund. Please read our refund and returns policy below:

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Plants must be in a healthy and viable condition upon return.

The return will be processed only if:

1) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
2) The product is not different from what was shipped to you
3) The product is returned in its original condition
4) Customer must take an unboxing video. 

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • NOTE: If you have done an online payment and you are canceling the order,  the payment gateway charge 3% and courier charge (Forward  + Return ) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have ordered and product is in transit (shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward  + Return ) from you.
  • Its your responsibility to take out print of the manifest that agribegri provides, while returning the product.

Refunds:

If you wish to receive a refund, we will process it within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed after customer support team validate and analyze issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product will reach premises we will refund you your amount as decided.

NOTE :  For a refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered(Green Planet Organics) account name and bank account name

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day return period.
Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a return authorization if necessary.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
Customer must take an unboxing video. We may request photo / video evidence of the damage or defect to assist in the resolution process.
We will replace the item or provide a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their perishable nature, plants that have been planted or used cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please note that our refund and returns policy applies to purchases made directly from our online shop. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective policies.

We reserve the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. It is recommended to review this policy periodically for any updates.
